This comfortable and modern holiday flat with pool is located on the ground floor and first floor of an uninhabited private house with private parking and large terraces. The property is located in the eastern part of the town of Makarska, a town in the south of Croatia, southeast of Split, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre.Stepping through a sliding door from the living room you enter the terraces, where two benches, a long table with cosy chairs are available for outdoor dining. A sun canopy and an extendable marquise provide protection from the Mediterranean sun while dining. A small staircase paves the way to the pool area with an outdoor shower, sun roof area, adjustable sun loungers for sunbathing and the 24 m² pool. A barbecue for a barbecue evening is of course also available on site. The courtyard offers several parking spaces for those arriving by car.The house has three floors, but the second floor is closed. This makes the holiday flat ideal for a shared and relaxing holiday with groups of friends or a large family of up to twelve people, while still offering plenty of privacy. Built in 2013, emphasis was placed on comfortable and modern furnishings. On two living areas totalling 260 square metres, you are welcomed into six bedrooms, five of which have a double bed and one has two single beds. The living space is divided into three living and dining areas with three open-plan kitchens. There are also five shower rooms. In four bedrooms you will find a comfortable night's sleep in a double bed with a width of 180 cm. There are two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides of the bed. The window, which can be fully opened on both sides, gives you a view of the greenery. In one bedroom, a wide double bed (160 cm) also offers you a restful night's sleep and has been furnished with a wardrobe at the headboard. Here, too, you can look out of the window and enjoy the view of nature. Another bedroom is slightly narrower and welcomes you with two single beds, which can be put together on request before your arrival. There is also a wardrobe and a bedside table with a reading lamp in this room. From the window, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the hilly surroundings. In the living room, you can sit together on three comfortable sofas. Three large flat screens with digital satellite TV and TV USB connection allow you to watch international TV as well as organise a film evening using the external USB storage device you have brought with you. On the way from the living room to the kitchen (in two separate flats), you will pass a massive dining table with six upholstered high-back chairs. The three kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, gas/electric hob and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster for your extensive self-catering needs. All five bathrooms are equipped with a wash hand basin, mirror, WC and shower curtain. While one bathroom has a shower in the bathtub, the others are equipped with a shower in the corner of the room. In addition to bed linen and towels, which are provided free of charge, Internet access via WLAN is also included. Inside the house, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.There is a large Kaufland supermarket just 50 metres away, with a bureau de change, café, cash machine etc. A pebble beach is just 1000 metres away. The old town is 800 metres away on foot or by car. Restaurants and pubs invite you to stop for a bite to eat.
