Mare are four modern, detached barns located in a secluded and extremely picturesque part of Niechorze, just a minute's walk from the beach. If you are looking for a holiday with the sound of the sea in the background, away from the crowds, in beautiful surroundings and stylish interiors, then our houses are just for you! When building Mare we were guided by aesthetics, but also by the comfort of our guests, so each house has a spacious and sunny living room with a wardrobe, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and two separate bedrooms on the mezzanine floor. For your convenience, each room has individually controlled air conditioning and a TV, and wifi is available throughout the resort. Each house comes with a more than 20-metre covered terrace, which functions perfectly as an extension of the living room. Mare is also a lot of greenery, into which a playground and barbecues have been integrated.We haven't forgotten about relaxing outdoors either. Each of our barns has its own 24-square-metre covered terrace equipped with a garden table and 6 comfortable chairs, as well as 2 beach chairs and a screen to take with you to the beach. Thanks to the panoramic sliding windows, this space will successfully be your extension of the living room. On the other side of each house there is a large barbecue.Our modern barns have been designed with the most demanding customers in mind. The property is very intimate - Mare is just four detached houses surrounded by a garden, located just 200 m from the beach. The space has been divided into living and sleeping areas. On the ground floor you will find a bright and spacious air-conditioned living room with dining area and open kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing room. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and accessories: tableware, a large fridge-freezer, a 3-burner induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a welcome kit (water, tea, coffee machine capsules, sugar). The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower. The mezzanine is where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the living room and garden. This is where the bedrooms are located. In each of them you will find individually controlled air-conditioning and a TV, as well as 2 80x200 cm continental beds which, when joined by a special mechanism, create a comfortable queen size bed of 160x200 cm. If you need to disconnect the beds, it's easy! It can be done in a single movement. Sleeping places for the fifth and sixth person are located in the living room on a sofa bed (sleeping surface 140x200 cm).The distance to the beach is 200 m. The beach is accessed via a forest path, with a flat descent. A cycle path and promenade 100 m from the property. The shopping centre and restaurants are approx. 2.2 km away.Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
