Fully detached seafront holiday house with direct access to the beach Holiday Home, officially categorized by the Croatian Tourist Board. This beautiful holiday house is located on the magical peninsula of Peljesac, Southern Croatia (Dubrovnik area). It is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful nature with unforgettable sea views and complete comfort. Treat yourself to an amazing summer by the sea, and book a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of the Croatian Riviera. Bohemian Sunset Villa is a waterfront estate with private beach access. We’re located inside of The Bay of Mali Ston, Nature Reserve which is known for its natural landscapes and beauty, picturesque views of an archipelago of small islands that can be explored. Our estate (1000 sq m.) is located at the small seashore with direct access to the sea and it consists of a house (148 sq m.), dock sunbathing area and private beach, Mediterranean garden pavilion (gazebo), BBQ facilities incorporated into a small outdoor kitchenette, private parking on site that can accept 4cars or mini vans. The surrounding area is well preserved and populated by very few old properties; it belongs to a green area where no further real estate development is allowed, so our guests can really enjoy the Mediterranean as it once was, far from traffic and the city rush. The main advantage of our location is the fact that we are based in an isolated green spot, but still not far from the main local attractions; allowing our guests to enjoy the privacy of the home and beach, while only 30 min to an hour away from such local attractions as: - Walls of Ston; ferry to Mljet National Park and Korcula island (20min) - Dubrovnik Old Town (45min) - Mostar - Bosnia &Herzegovina (1h) - Montenegro, Split (2h) The surrounding area is amazing throughout the seasons, there is a road along the bays about 6 km long with an amazing view, perfect for different kinds of recreational activities like jogging, hiking or mountain biking. You will find a lot of untouched breathtaking natural beaches. You are based in a famous Croatian wine and seafood region. The crystal-clear waters are rich with the finest oysters and clams; thus, all sea food is available fresh daily at very affordable prices directly from local farms, delivered straight to your dock by the farmers. If you enjoy cooking outdoor, you will love our BBQ area. The neighboring wine cellars are a delightful traditional part of the peninsula, perfect for any foodie or wine lover. The savviest option if visiting Croatia is to be based outside of the main tourist spots. Croatia is a super small country, all major tourist spots can be reached in a matter of minutes. The cities are always packed with tourists from cruise ships, towns struggle with lack of vacancy and are often overcrowded. If you choose to stay with us, you would be settled in a serene bay, where you can enjoy an entire day by the sea, while a bohemian night out on the town is only a hop and a skip away in Dubrovnik Old city, Korcula, Mostar or Ston. Another savvy idea is to visit Croatia in April, May, June or October when tourist season isn’t at its peak.Beach areas are simply superb. Our main dock is equipped has a spacious sun terrace equipped with sunbeds and can accept a boat, yacht or a sailboat. Stunning olive garden pavilion in front of the villa which is reconstructed from the original 500 year old ruin, cooled by the summer breezes is not only a notable traditional feature, but also allows for a fresh and Mediterranean feel to the villa. The villa and the estate has its own private entrance and a private parking area, which can accept up to four cars. The estate can accept a boat or yacht.The house can accommodates up to 8 6(+2) guests and consists of a huge living area, garden and a private beach area. Your eye is immediately drawn to the spacious living areas with large windows and doors, leading out to the terraces and that all-inspiring view. The kitchen is simply charming, well equipped with modern features, and quirky add-ons. One is sure to enjoy preparing breakfast and nice meals in this pleasant environment of our indoor and outdoor kitchen and BBQ areas. A small wine bar is featured with the fine selected regional wines as you are arriving to a very famous Croatian wine region. You will find two double en-suite bedrooms and a double bedroom, delighting its occupants with an uninterrupted view of the sea. The central air-conditioning unit cools the house and all doors and windows are equipped with the nets. Free Wi-Fi is offered through.Relax in front of your villa whole day at your private beach, and have a nice dinner in the evening in Dubrovnik, Mostar, Mljet National Park, Montenegro or Korcula which are only 30 mins to hour away by car.Private property located at a seashore with a private beach access.
