There are two flats on the upper floor of our house. This flat (No. 4) is about 30 m² in size, modern and comfortably furnished. From the high terrace you enter the living/sleeping area with double bed, seating and necessary furniture and satellite TV. In the rear area there is a mini-kitchen with 2-ring hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher are not available. From the living/sleeping area you enter the small bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC, a hairdryer is available and all guests have access to the garden with furniture and barbecue equipment. There are laundry drying facilities on the property. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are also available. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Rerik lies on both the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, has a sandy beach at the pier with beach chair hire or space for your own windbreak and a kilometre-long natural beach. It's not far to either side, about 1 kilometre. You can enjoy wonderful cycling, hiking, feasting, relaxing or taking advantage of the events on offer in the village.
