The house is located in the island village Barbat, in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. The whole neighbourhood is very nice and quiet . The sea is only 80 meters from the house. The grocery store is very close to the house.Holiday house " Summer escape 2" is a charming holiday home with pool , located on island Rab, one of the most beautiful island on the Adriatic. This home is in the village Barbat , situated just 70 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches. The highlights of this great villa is a huge , nice private garden with a pool. Also, there is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from the bedroom on the first floor, or the hill view from the second bedroom. This home is ideal for 6 persons. The open ground floor offers a living room with the kitchen, from where you have direct access to the pool and the covered terrace. A bedroom with double bed and own bathroom is also situated on the ground floor and has direct access to the private terrace. In the morning, you can use direct access to the pool from the ground floor , and enjoy in the swimming directly from the bed. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom . All bedrooms have air conditioner. All bedrooms on the first floor have terraces from where a beautiful view extends over the surroundings . My husband and me are very experienced hosts. We personally welcome our guests and help them with all information to make their holiday as perfect as possible. In our holiday home you will find everything for a great escape, but at the same time, you will feel like at home.The house is located in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. There is a promenade by the sea , 5 kilometers long, that will bring you to the old town Rab. You can walk or drive a bike on the promenade, enjoy the sea view and take a rest in the restaurants or coffee bars all over the promenade. Nearest restaurants are 50 meters from the house and the grocery shop just 200 meters.
