You can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.The 105m² holiday apartment is on the top floor of a three-storey apartment building that the owner also lives in. It is accessed through a separate entrance. It consists of a light living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, four bedrooms and two daylight bathrooms. The air-conditioned (heating/cooling) living room provides a comfortable sofa and matching armchair and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dining table with four chairs and a wooden bench. All four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two of them also have a single bed (90 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attachment and also has a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Both have a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror and a toilet. Wireless Internet access, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.The apartment is about 600 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 900 metres into the centre of Novi Vinodolski. The nearest shops are just 150 metres away, with cafés and restaurants about 450 metres away.The owner in the house is always mindful of your privacy, but is happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is welcome on request.
