It is difficult to say which is the greater attraction - the beach or the lake in the southern part of the village of Wisełka. The beach stretches for 1.5 km in a northerly direction. The road leads through beech and oak forests, pine thickets and dunes. In the open, the beach is very wide, with fine sand and no clean pier. Following the red marker to the northeast, you can see the trunk of the lighthouse. The watchtower used to stand on an elevated tower 12 m high; since 1962 fully automatic radio beacons with a range of up to 16 nautical miles have been in operation here (not open to the public). You can reach the lake in Wiselka by turning right at the restaurant. The 20-hectare lake is surrounded by forest and meadows and has easily accessible sandy beaches. If you went to the beach, you can rent boats and sailboats. It is said that the best pike and perch can be caught right there. There is no tourist information point or travel agency in Wiselka. Everything is taken care of by the best people. Administratively, Wisełka belongs to Wolin. About 15 km west of Wisełka is the seaside resort of Międzyzdroje, which not only offers accommodation, but also many tourist attractions all year round. In Międzyzdroje, you will be able to see the promenade along the pier, the museum of wax figures, the bison show enclosure and the Natural History Museum of the Wolin National Park.
