Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen satellite TV or relax with the summer breeze thanks to the air conditioning. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony with views of the pool and the surrounding woods, the ideal spot for breakfast in the sun or a romantic dinner at sunset.The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with ease. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay an unforgettable experience.*Pets are not allowed.*Smoking is allowed in the garden but is not permitted inside the apartment or on the terrace.*We kindly ask our guests:*to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,*for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when not in the apartment,*to use the apartment equipment with care,*to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,*to report any damages caused to the owner, who, after careful evaluation, will request payment for damages in cash before departure,*to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the return of keys.*The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.*The house has a pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas for shared use with guests from the other apartment.
