Our cottage is located in Nowy Targ on the hill of the Marfiana Góra estate in the Gorce range, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which guarantees peace and quiet and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains and the Gorce. In the evening we enjoy the view of illuminated Nowy Targ and surrounding towns. Directly next to the plot there is a tourist trail leading to the shelter "Koliba" on Łapsowa Polana, and further to Bukowina Obidowska or Turbacz (the highest peak in the Gorce). Nowy Targ is a great starting point, e. g. Zakopane 20 km, Białka Tatrzańska 15 km, Krakow 89 km. We have numerous bicycle paths, one of which is the VELO DUNAJEC, 63 km long, which leads along the Dunajec river up to Lake Czorsztyńskie. Another cycling path leads all the way to Slovakia. Not far from the cottage you can rent electric bikes. For skiing enthusiasts, there are two ski lifts near the cottage: "ZADZIAŁ" - 0.5 kmand ''Długa Polana''. - 2 km. At a distance of 15 km there is a ski complex Kotelnica Białczańska. There are also several cross-country trails in Nowy Targ. The centre is 4 km away. In the centre you will find many good restaurants and cafes. The cottage is ideal for those who appreciate peace and quiet and beautiful views. In summary, the "DeLuxe Mountain Cottage" is a luxury residence located in a picturesque area in the heart of the mountains. This charming cottage offers an unforgettable stay in harmony with nature and pleasant amenities. The cottage has an area of approximately 110 m2 is a combination of regionality and modernity and is designed for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a kitchenette, a small bathroom (toilet + sink) and direct access to the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the Tatra Mountains, the Gorce Mountains and a large garden with a swimming pool, hot tub and gazebo for evening feasts. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The first one: - 160x200 bed - TV set - balconySecond: - 160x200 bed, 140x200 bed - balconyAnd a shared bathroom for both bedrooms (shower + toilet). The cottage also has a relaxation area (underground) with infrared sauna, jacuzzi, TV and shower. The cottage is designed in a traditional style, using natural materials of wood and stone. It has large windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the mountains. The interior of the cottage is decorated in an elegant, modern style with attention to every detail. As of 2023 the property is completely fenced . In the garden guests have at their disposal a large wooden gazebo ideal for evening feasts by the fire . In the gazebo there are:two large tables with benches , a large hearth , a washbasin with cupboards , musical equipment and wood for smoking. In the garden there is also a swimming pool with a diameter of 4.6 metres, ideal for cooling down on hot days and in the evenings or on colder days there is a hot tub which is heated automatically and the temperature can be set according to the guest's wishes from 37 to 42 degrees. This place is ideal for those seeking a luxurious holiday in a natural setting. The final part of the access to the cottage, approx. 200 m, is a gravel road and winter tyres are required. We accept dogs - an additional fee of PLN 30 per day/1 dog is charged. A hot barrel is charged extra - 150 PLN/day (the barrel is unmanned, heated automatically). For stays of one-day stays the cost of the barrel is one-time and amounts to 300 PLN for the whole stay. The barrel is an option, if you do not use it, no fee is charged. sauna and jacuzzi are free of charge - no limitsthe swimming pool is free of charge - open from May to SeptemberWe do not allow parties, our cottage is for people who want to relax. Nowy Targ is located in the Gorce Mountains near the Tatra Mountains, which means you will be surrounded by beautiful mountains. You can expect impressive views of the Gorce and Tatra Mountains, both in winter and summer. The surroundings of the "deluxe cottage" are abundantly green and provide plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes and contact with nature. You can admire forests, meadows and rivers. If you enjoy an active holiday, you will find many hiking trails, mountain trails and cycle routes to explore the beauty of the area. Nowy Targ is also a place where you can experience highland culture and traditions. You can visit local festivals, taste regional dishes such as oscypek or buy handicrafts. During the winter season, there are many ski resorts in the area, making this place ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. In Nowy Targ you will find restaurants, cafes and venues where you can try traditional dishes and relax after a day full of activity. Despite the access to many attractions, this setting provides peace and quiet and the opportunity to relax in nature. The surroundings of our cottage offer harmony between the beauty of nature and the conveniences of the place, making it an ideal place to relax and explore the mountainous surroundings.
