The detached holiday home is located in a holiday home area. In a very quiet location.The distance to the lake is approx. 110 metres. Just over the "border" is the Bourtange fortress. The perfectly restored small fortified town to the east of the city of Groningen dates back to 1580. Like most fortified towns, Bourtange is built in the shape of a star.Clemenswerth Castle, the megalithic tombs and the moorland are other marvellous places to visit.
