Our newly renovated house is situated on the quiet outskirts of the village and offers you a spacious holiday flat with a south-facing terrace and a view of the Ammergau Alps. The holiday flat is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The holiday apartment has a size of approx. 46 m² and is divided into kitchen, living room with couch (=3rd bed), bedroom and shower/WC. The couch in the living room is intended as a place to sit and lie down, but can also be used as a 3rd bed. There is also a comfortable armchair and two comfortable chairs with backrests in the flat. The separate kitchen is comfortably furnished. The accessories include: Dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, egg cooker (cutlery as well as crockery and pots are provided). There are 2 (SAT) flat-screen TVs with HD and Sky, as well as direct-dial telephones (telephone charges to German landlines are included in the price) and high-speed Internet (free of charge). A covered south-facing terrace with two comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture round off the apartment.Included in the price are bed linen (already covered on arrival; changed weekly), towels (changed weekly), internet use (wireless and Ethernet), Sky Welt+Film+Sport Pay-TV (new from 2012), car parking space, parking fees in the public car parks in Bad Bayersoien, free use of local public transport (new from 2012), additional costs (such as heating, water, etc.) and telephone charges to the German landline network. Additional services: Bread roll service, drinks service, lockable garage, shopping service for initial equipment on arrival.Only three minutes walk to the village centre, only 1 km.The nearest ski lifts are approx. 11 km away. The Ober- and Unterammergau ski areas are very family-friendly. For the sporty ones there are the world championship tracks of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, about 35 km.
