Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen satellite TV or relax with the summer breeze thanks to the air conditioning. From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding forest - the ideal spot for breakfast in the sun or a romantic dinner at sunset.The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. You'll find everything you need, from a dishwasher to a toaster, to fulfil all your culinary needs. At Villa Mares you will find the perfect combination of modern comfort and rural tranquillity, nestled in an elegant and inviting environment.*Pets are not allowed.*Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not inside the flat or on the terrace.*We kindly ask our valued guests:*to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during midday rest,*for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the flat,*to use the equipment in the flat with care,*dispose of empty containers and clean used cutlery and kitchen utensils,*report any damage caused to the owner who, after careful inspection, will demand payment of the costs in cash before departure,*to inform the owner of the planned departure time the day before departure in order to organise the handover of the keys.*The flat must be vacated by 10:00 am on the last day of your stay.*The house has a swimming pool, deckchairs and parasols for shared use with the guests of the other flat.
