Upstairs, three heated bedrooms with comfortable, new mattresses and a large bathroom with all amenities await.The outdoor area of the house is equally impressive, with a partially fenced garden right by the forest - ideal for children and pets to play freely. On the south-facing terrace you will find an updated garden set and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals with open views of the surrounding nature. Ample parking is available and you can use free bikes to explore the area.The surroundings invite you to connect with nature thanks to the nearby forests and fields, ideal for hiking and cycling. You will find excellent French bread and shops within 1.5 km, while Flers and Domfront are easily accessible for those who want to soak up local culture.
