Thanks to your private, separate entrance privacy is guaranteed. It features a living area with a queen size bed, a closet with drawers and a working desk. The kitchenette is equiped with a two zone ceramic cooktop, fridge, microwave with grill, toaster and Italian coffee machine. There is an outdoor patio, adjoining the studio, with table and chairs.The bathroom has a walk-in shower.In the communal garden which you share with the holiday guests staying in the main villa there is a sun terrace with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun umbrella. From here you can enjoy the unobstructed sea views.There are restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity and there is a golf course nearby.In the immediate vicinity you will find a good choice of restaurants.
