THE HOUSE Housing The house consists of two levels: - on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen (70 m²) opening onto a shaded terrace (50 m²) on one level with the garden and sea views, toilets, laundry, a parental suite with cupboards, room of bath and TOILET. - upstairs: a TV corner, three bedrooms, each with wardrobes, bathroom, toilet and access to a large terrace (85 m²) to the south, a second private terrace to the north. The whole house is equipped with ceiling fans and benefits from a cooling in the summer, in winter underfloor heating. Large bay windows offer views of the garden and the sea in every room The landscaped garden offers you in addition to the lawn, a reading / cocktail area shaded on the sea front and a bowling green.
