A communal garden invites you to relax in the open air, while the terrace is the perfect place for group meals or moments of idleness.As the owners are committed to respecting the environment, the house is equipped with an electric car charging station and runs on renewable energy, including solar power, making your stay both comfortable and eco-responsible.For those who wish to bring their four-legged friends, pets are welcome. A shared washing machine is available, making longer stays easier. And for cooking enthusiasts, the house is semi-professionally equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and induction hob for preparing delicious meals.Situated not far from the lake at Montréjeau, and only around 1 km from the nearest town centre, you will have easy access to a wide range of activities and services.
