The newly built and modern furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border Slovenia/Croatia. The location is ideal for a family holiday where you can spend a nice time. It has a large garden table for 8 people and is close to the barbecue. The pool, which is for private use, is directly in front of it. There are sunbeds and parasols around the pool. Behind the house is a garden with a lawn where there is shade in the afternoon. The pool is 6.4m x 3.2m and has steps with a platform. There is space for two cars in the car park.The house is completely barrier free so no steps or stairs around the house or in the house on the ground floor, pets are not allowed.4 restaurants in the neighbourhood, a market and a playground for children.
