With a warm and welcoming surface area of 90m², this stone house promises an unforgettable stay, combining history, comfort and nature.The interior of the house reveals a cosy living room with stone and lime walls, creating a warm, rustic atmosphere. Upstairs are two cosy bedrooms, one with a 140x200 cm double bed and the other with two 90x190 cm single beds. A third bedroom, on the ground floor, also has two 90x190 cm single beds. The kitchen, extended by a bright veranda, is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including a dishwasher for your convenience. The house also has a well-appointed bathroom, as well as all the amenities you need for laundry.Outside, a sunny terrace awaits you for relaxing moments and memorable barbecues. At the back of the house is a peaceful garden with swings and slide, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. With all these friendly outdoor spaces, you can make the most of sunny days and balmy summer evenings.Our privileged location just 5 minutes from Coutances and 10 minutes from the nearest beaches puts you at the heart of Normandy. Discover the rich landscapes between the sea and the bocage, explore the D-Day landing beaches and visit Mont Saint Michel, easily accessible for an unforgettable excursion.Look no further for the perfect holiday home.
