Come and relax in this quiet, secure residence in the Grisettes district of Montpellier, 100 m from the Sabines line 2 tramway and close to the A9 motorway. The new Saint Roch clinic is just 50 m away. To go swimming at Palavas-les flots beach by car, allow 15 minutes. The tram to Carnon beach takes around 30 minutes. The Yves du Manoir stadium is less than 3 km away. Europcar car hire is less than 10 minutes' walk away.On the 4th floor, a beautiful flat with a 12m² terrace overlooking a lovely garden. This BBC flat dates from 2014. It is spacious and pleasant to live in. It offers 67m² of living space with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a fitted kitchen. You have access to all the rooms and equipment. A free closed garage in the basement of the residence allows you to park your car.This recent neighbourhood has been awarded the "eco-neighbourhood" label. From there, it's just a short walk to my house, as the station is right next door. From the motorway, take exit 31 west.
