The Maarhöhe apartment is on the upper floor, up stairs, and affords a beautiful view of the lake, the lovely landscape and a well-maintained decorative pond. The living room provides a new sofa suite that can be converted into a bed and a big 127cm HD/3D TV of the new generation. You can choose between about 3000 different TV and radio channels in many languages from four different satellites. There are alsoa 3D BluRay player and a DVD player, a stereo system with a radio, CD player etc. Wireless Internet access is available. The light and inviting apartment has a natural flair with plenty of wood and stone. The electric fireplace and the elegant ceiling fan ensure a pleasant atmosphere, even on cold or wet days. It is non-smoking apartment. Smokers can use the balcony or the outdoor area. The new built-in kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, two coffee machines (filter and pads, Bosch-Tassimo), a toaster, a kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for the maximum number of people.
