The location promises idyllic country living for a relaxing holiday away from tourism, yet still within easy reach of many attractions and sights. The beautiful two-storey Provençal house in natural stone, set in 1268 square metres of land, has traditional, rustic charm and uninterrupted views of the vineyards and mountains on the horizon. -> ideal for couples and seniors -> excellent location and views.There is a well-kept Provençal garden with flowers, lavender and olive trees on the complex. A very large covered sitting area with a barbecue area allows you to spend your holiday outside whatever the weather and whatever the season. In front of the house on the meadow under the lime tree, you have a distant view of the vineyards and a number of mountain ranges. Several shady and sunny seats invite you to relax, and in summer (mid-June to mid-September) a communal swimming pool (3.00 metres in diameter, 1.20 metres high) is available for cooling off and swimming. Trees and covered seating provide shade on hot summer days. There are open, wind-protected seating areas around the house. The property offers plenty of privacy in a quiet location.The house is beautifully furnished in a Provençal style with new and antique furniture.
