The kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, sink, two ceramic hobs and all crockery and cooking utensils as well as a coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster and kettle. The kitchen/living room is 14.1 m² and has a PVC floor, a sofa bed, various cupboards and a dining area,TV with satellite reception, Internet via Lan and Wlan possible, board games available as well as a balcony door and window. The bathroom is 4.2m² in size and has a window with daylight, WC, bathtub with shower option, washbasin, mirror cabinet and PVC floor.
