The holiday flat "Ole School" is a cosy small separate flat on Nordstrand in a quiet south-facing location for 2 people, with garden view, terrace, parking space in front of the door, on the 1st floor. Not suitable for disabled persons (stairs). Surrounded by fruit trees on a 5000 square metre plot of land, you can quickly forget the stresses of everyday life here. The clear, salty North Sea air allows for deep, restful sleep. The beach at Holmer Siel is approx. 5 minutes away by car, an Italian restaurant is located in the neighbouring house and is within walking distance, a snack bar or café at Süderhafen is only approx. 3 minutes away by car. The living/bedroom is furnished with two beds, a dining area with bench and chair, an armchair, a wardrobe and satellite TV + radio/CR. The kitchen with cooker, fridge, sink, dishwasher, kitchen cupboards, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine is located in a separate room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bathroom cabinets and washing machine. The WLAN connection is up to 100,000 kbit/s. A tiled staircase leads from the ground-level entrance door at the car park to the apartment on the 1st floor. In front of the entrance there is a small terrace with a garden table and chairs. On the Nordstrand peninsula you will find a bicycle rental, 2 shopping markets, 2 potteries, an indoor swimming pool, spa facilities in the spa centre, as well as many cafés and restaurants. From the harbour Strucklahnungshörn (9km) you can go on Hallig trips and boat trips to the islands of Pellworm, Amrum and Sylt. You can reach the Hallig Südfall by horse-drawn carriage.
