Villa Cvita is a charming and modern villa with 50 m2 pool surrounded by olive garden, offering relaxing Dalmatian holidays. The villa is located between two major tourist attractions - the cities of Split and Trogir. The villa is located in Kastela on a gated and fenced property of 5000 m2, where you can enjoy in complete privacy but still be close to the sea and the roads. It is detached from all neighbors and off busy streets. Villa Cvita is the perfect starting point for exploring Dalmatia in all directions, or for lounging by the pool and barbecuing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary dishes, utensils, electric appliances, and all 4 rooms are fully furnished with bed linen, towels and extra blankets. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, WiFi and AirCon. You can spend your holidays just lounging by the big pool of Villa Cvita, or explore beautiful sights of Dalmatia.Villa Cvita has ground floor and first floor. There are 4 en suite bedrooms in the house, two are on the ground floor and two upstairs. All rooms have double beds 1.80m wide and 2m long. All rooms have bathrooms with shower, and one room on the ground floor has a bathtub. All rooms have exits either to the garden or balcony. All rooms have WiFi and Smart TVs with satellite and Netflix connection. Kitchen is located on the ground floor with dining table, right next to large glass door which can be completely opened, giving you the al fresco dining feeling. All modern appliances and dishes, as well as electric appliances used for preparing food can be found in kitchen cabinets.The living room has one big L shape leather sofa and an armchair. All rooms in the house have AirCon and are fully furnished.VIlla Cvita is located on a completely fenced and gated property of 5000 m2, giving you complete privacy during your stay. The house is surrounded not only by walls but also by a beautiful olive grove and has a large terrace. The 50 m2 pool is just in front of the house so you can have full view of children swimming, and easily communicate. The terrace has a large lounge area and 6 sunbeds with parasols. Two rooms on the first floor have balconies and roof windows, so you can enjoy looking at the sea, the islands and the city of Split. There is a covered parking behind the house perfect for 3 cars, but more can fit next to it.The house is located in a very private area with almost no houses near by, only meadows and olives, so you can be sure that your privacy will be complete. The roads to Split and Trogir are about 500 meters away, so you can reach all major attractions and sights very quickly. Split is about 15 minutes drive away and Trogir only 5 minutes. The sea and the beach can be reached in less than 3 minutes since they are about 1500 meters from the house. There are several shops near the house, the smallest one is 250 meters away and large ones can be found in the distance of 400 to 1500 meters.
