This modern, newly-built house (2012) of a very high standard is near Tingsryd in Smaland. The house is in an elevated and isolated location, with a wonderful view of a small lake and the beautiful landscape.The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and there is under-floor heating throughout the house. The insulation includes triple-glazed windows and there is a heat pump. Bicycles are available free of charge.Aluminium Linder boat free of charge in the private lake.The holiday house of 95m² has a new and big kitchen, combined with the living room that has a lovely view. This room along measures almost 45m² and has an LCD TV with an Astra, Hotbird, Thor and Sirius satellite receiver with a smartcard reader, as well as wireless Internet access (2-3Mbit/s with max. 1GB/day). The well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, integrated fridge and freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine provides everything you might need. There is a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and under-floor heating. The house has three bedrooms, one of 12m² with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and an LCD TV, another of 11m² with two single beds (90 x 200cm), and the third of 10m² with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm and 120x200cm ), a little LCD TV and a DVD player. A highchair, cot and changing table are available for an extra cost. This is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. The house has a fireplace for use in September – May.There is a private boat jetty and fishing in the private lake is free of charge. There are elks and deer in the forests all around. The forest has an abundance of mushrooms, for those who are interested. The holiday house is only available for families and the age must be at least 25 years.It is possible to order final cleaning, bedlinen and/or towels but you need to inform this together with the booking.
