This accommodation consists of two directly adjacent holiday houses that can be booked together by a large group. The big house with 190m² of living space can accommodate 11 people, while the smaller house has a 100m² apartment with 8 beds.There is an enclosed garden next to the house for grilling, relaxing and sunbathing, which cannot be looked into.The big house has a large hallway on the ground floor with old wooden stairs leading to the upper floor, a big living room with satellite TV, a DVD player and a library, a second smaller living room, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm, one mattress) and a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm, two mattresses). Next to it there is a modern bathroom with a shower bath. The modern kitchen with a big dining table for 11 people is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stereo system and a full set of crockery and cutlery. There are also two separate toilets. The first floor comprises a very big bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm, two mattresses) and an additional bed, a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) and table football, while the third bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm, one mattress). The modern shower room has a WC and an infrared cabin (similar to a sauna). A sofa bed can be used for a twelfth person on request. The big apartment provides a large living room with a suite, a TV, a DVD player and a little library. The dining room provides a big table for eight people. The modern built-in kitchen (fitted in November 2015) is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster. The first bedroom is furnished with a big double bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm), the third has a double bed (140 x 200cm) and the fourth a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm). The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin, the second with a bath, washbasin and a separate toilet. The living room, dining room and three bedrooms face south.From Radisleben, part of Ballenstedt, you can visit the following places of interest and attractions: Ballenstedt Castle with a big castle park (5km), Falkenstein castle (6km ), Gernrode (8km), Quedlinburg under UNESCO heritage protection (10km), Thale with the Hexentanzplatz, the Bodetal and the Bodetaltherme thermal baths (15km), Halberstadt (20km), Wernigerode (33km), a narrow gauge railway, Roseburg, Gegensteine, a giant motorcross terrain, a big forest playground near Nachterstedt, a golf course etc. Cultural events, old towns with restored buildings and wonderful nature will delight you.
