The flat is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building with a large loggia, typical of rural Belluno houses; in an extremely quiet area and in a beautiful, sunny location in Roncoi in the municipality of San Gregorio Nelle Alpi.The open gallery equipped with wicker tables and chairs guarantees outdoor living even in case of rain.The porphyry-paved courtyard, the constantly mown lawn, a barbecue for outdoor cooking and the garden furniture allow guests to linger outdoors for relaxation, sunbathing and convivial moments.Upon request, it is possible to add a bed in the single room, bringing the capacity to 6 persons, and to provide a cot for children.
Up to four cars can be parked on the reserved space in the property. On the ground floor there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, clothes horse, hot and cold water; the apartment is equipped with iron and ironing board, hoover and cleaning equipment.
Guests can enjoy maximum freedom, as the ground floor of the house is used exclusively by the owners for house and garden maintenance work. Numerous paths of varying difficulty depart from the house, and it is possible to reach suggestive places of naturalistic and geological interest within the Belluno Dolomites National Park.
A short distance away is Lake Mis; Lake Santa Croce, where sailing and surfing are practised; the ski slopes of Nevegal or Civetta; the ice stadium of Belluno and Feltre; the swimming pools of Santa Giustina, Belluno and Feltre; the tennis courts of San Gregorio; and the roads with little traffic lend themselves to bicycle enthusiasts.
During the summer period there are numerous folklore, gastronomic and cultural events (of particular interest is the Palio of Feltre). The historical centres of Belluno and Feltre are worth a visit; it is also possible to reach the cities of Venice, Treviso, Vicenza, Trento and the Prosecco wine production area in a short time. We will also be happy to point you to the many places in the area where you can taste and appreciate the local gastronomic dishes.The flat, furnished with care, measures approximately 150 square metres and consists of an entrance hall with wardrobe cupboard, a bathroom serving the living area, a large fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room and the sleeping area with three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.
