On the first floor there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool (dimensions 8x3, not heated), an outdoor shower, 6 deckchairs, a wood-burning grill with a sink, designed as an outdoor kitchen.The stairs go up to the third floor, where the fourth unit is located: a One Bedroom Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate air-conditioned dining room with a view of the sea. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a living room with air conditioning and an internal chimney. Along the entire apartment, a balcony with a splendid sea view.The house can fit 8 people in 3 apartments and one Room. There are 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and one is walk-in shower).
