This beautiful flat is located on the Mesa del Mar/Tacoronte directly 1st sea line. The La Arena beach (awarded with the blue flag) can be reached in about 2 minutes and the public natural pool in 3 minutes on foot. access is via a public, urban serpentine road. the road is tarred and secured and is maintained by the city. bus service during the day 1 times an hour.
