It was converted from the hay barn in the 1960s. 2 village shops are nearby. In winter there are well-prepared ski pistes and cross-country ski trails. In summer/autumn it is the starting point for beautiful hikes near the Swiss National Park. The furnishings are functional and conventional. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the basement there is a washing machine with coin-operated machine if required: sFr. 1.60 per wash. In the garden there is the possibility to hang up the laundry in summer/autumn and there is a tumble dryer. The car park is below the house. Zuoz is about 20-30 minutes away from St.Moritz and the Upper Engadine lake district of Sils/Silvaplana/Champfer/Maloja, where you can go surfing and sailing in summer.Excursion possibilities:These mountains.
