Many leisure options are possible, such as the green south beach 4.5 km away, the many museums in the harbor area, the navy, riding holidays, bike tours and the shopping arcade in the station city. Working people can also sleep well here and are in the immediate vicinity of the Jade University of Applied Sciences Wilhelmshaven (1km), the clinic (1km) or relatively close to the power plants (3km). Just around the corner are 3 banks, a net, a kiosk and the bourgeois farmhouse with lots of animals "Die Ruscherei". In 10 minutes you can walk to the "old port" of Rüstersiel and have a nice meal there on the old pier right in front of the sailing and fishing boats.
