APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Very bright and spacious four-room apartment on the southern slope of Celerina. Quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the Val Bernina and the large garden. Very quiet house with a family atmosphere. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, is about 95 square meters and faces east and south. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the garden. Three steps lead to the open living / dining area. In the dining area, there is a large wooden table with a corner bench and plenty of space for our guests. A high chair for small children is available on request. From the dining area there are only a few steps to the well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fondue, raclette). There is a cozy couch corner in the bright living room area. Radio and TV are available. The living room area opens to the large garden, which is available for sole use and is equipped with two terraces. Another access to the garden is from one of the bedrooms. In summer, garden furniture (round table and chairs with cushions) can be provided. The apartment has two bathrooms with window / daylight, one bathroom with bathtub the other with shower. The entrance area and the bedrooms are furnished with carpeting, the living and dining area with wood flooring. The outstanding feature of the apartment is the extremely favorable division with a large and bright living area for socializing and ideal retreats in the three friendly bedrooms. The apartment is ideal for families, 3-generation holidays and small sports groups. MISCELLANEOUS: W-LAN/Internet is available. A shared laundry and drying room is located in the basement. This can also be reserved by means of a small note on the door. A separate garage space as well as a ski and bicycle room and other storage options are available in the underground parking. It is very quiet and yet in the middle of it all and only a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Celeriner Bergbahnen Corviglia / Marguns with the St. Moritz - Celerina ski school and Snowli Kids Village at the Cresta Palace as well as from the village center with restaurants, shops, bus stops, bakery, tennis / ice rink, playgrounds. The cross-country ski school Celerina and the beginning of the cross-country ski trail around San Gian with the extensive network of trails in the Upper Engadine can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. In summer, you can access the extensive hiking and mountain biking network from here. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
