Likewise, in the apartment it has telephone Wi-Fi, satellite TV and radio. The seating-dining area invites you to a cozy get-together.It has a bathroom with toilet, 2 washbasins and a bathtub, a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin, and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. The apartment has a wooden floor as well as laminate flooring. In the entrance area it has a stone floor. The kitchen is equipped with steam extractor and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle are available. In about 5 minutes walk to the cable car Corviglia / Marguns and in 10 minutes walk to the village, bus or ice rink Center da Sport, as well as to the cross-country ski trails. The Chesa Carina is a four family home. The house is located on a cul-de-sac Via val Runchetta 7, in a very quiet residential area. The laundry room in the basement can be used by a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this house. Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

St. Moritz’s charming neighbour enjoys more hours of sunshine than anywhere else in the Engadin. Very close by is the aerial cableway to Marguns, which transports guests directly to the glamorous mountain and ski area of St. Moritz-Corviglia, as well as the Upper Engadin’s expansive network of cross-country ski trails. In summer, contrast-rich paths through forests and meadows lure visitors to one of the most romantic alpine bathing lakes in the Upper Engadin – the Lej da Staz.
