The house is located on a hill just outside the town of Carloforte. It enjoys a magnificent view of the village, the salt pans, Calasetta, the Sant'Antioco peninsula and the Sardinian coast.The house is situated on a plot of Mediterranean scrubland. For relaxation, there is a lounge with five hammocks under the Aleppo pines. Guests can park under the trees. Outside you will find a gazebo, stone tables, a wood-burning oven and barbecue and benches, set in a scenic area. There is also a frescoed bathroom with two hot water showers.The villa is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas (seating 10), a fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV and a fridge with freezer. The living room opens onto a small kitchen that includes a gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine and a sink with two sinks and of course cupboards with plates, cutlery, glasses. The kitchen leads directly out onto the patio, where there is a large dining table that seats 10. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be combined into a double bed on request, a built-in wardrobe and a direct exit to the patio. Another smaller bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be combined into a double bed on request, a built-in wardrobe and a window. In front of the two rooms is a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin. A staircase leads from the living room to the loft. Here there is a single bed (80x190 cm), a washing machine and access to a complete bathroom. A door gives access to a large loft with three single beds that can be combined as desired, a cupboard at the bottom and two windows. From the loft there is access to a terrace leading down to the garden. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In a small storage room adjacent to the house there is another fridge, a small chest freezer and a dishwasher. There is also wireless internet access in the immediate vicinity of the house.From the house it takes ten minutes by car on a country road and another ten on a paved municipal road to reach the village of Carloforte and the same time to reach the first beach (all the others are in succession). The house is in a strategic position for driving to the most spectacular cliffs and for trekking in the interior of the island.If the owner of the house is on site (in an adjacent flat) he receives guests directly at the ferry and is available to make the stay as pleasant as possible according to individual needs.
