The flat is located on the 1st floor accessible by external staircase. It consists of a bedroom with three beds, living area with sofa bed, bathroom. The flat is equipped with air conditioning. Spacious outdoor area with parking space. Barbecue. Area equipped with sun umbrella and chairs for exclusive use. The farmhouse consists of 2 flats. For a holiday of tranquillity, nature and beach. Apartment for the exclusive use of four people (maximum 3 adults). Furnished in a simple but functional way. Kitchen equipped with pots and dishes. There are no seasonings and ingredients for cooking for hygienic reasons. There are no tablecloths and napkins. Final cleaning is compulsory and to be paid on site. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site. The tourist tax is to be paid on site separately. At the time of check in it is possible to request wi fi mobile device for stays from 1 May to 30 September. A deposit will be requested.
