The Villa is beautifully positioned in the green Umbrian hills. From the Villa you can see an ancient village with a bell tower romantically illuminated in the evening. It is close to the state road (SS 317) from Marsciano to San Venanzo, a road with low traffic. This makes this villa very easy to reach, but still in a very private position. Marsciano is a medium-large town with all services, restaurants, bars, etc.. From Marsciano you can reach Todi in 10 minutes by car, a beautiful medieval village with a wonderful environment.PADEL enthusiasts can take advantage of the newly opened courts in nearby Marsciano.The Villa is a newly built farmhouse for 8 guests near Marsciano, designed by a well-known contemporary architect on the remains of a 17th century Umbrian farm. Inside and out, the authentic features of the time have been respected, but the interior is finished in a beautiful light modern style. This modern villa is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a beautiful infinity pool and indulge in the typical Umbrian summer. The owner has dedicated all her time and passion to the interior design and has created a very personal, warm and unique modern ambience for herself and her guests, which has been studied in every detail.
