Historical building dating back to the mid-1500s . Located on Lake Iseo , in a characteristic old courtyard dwelling surrounded by climbing plants , it offers a comfortable and peaceful stay in spacious and bright rooms . Naturally cool in summer , inside the residence there is a large furnished covered patio and a second porch where there is a kitchen dedicated to guests , furnished with a large table , sofa , wrought iron table and chairs and a large fireplace . The guest flats are two , one on the ground floor and the other on the mezzanine floor , large in size with a living room with armchairs and sofas , as well as furnishings and wardrobes . Each flat has a private bathroom with shower . Towels and bath towels are provided, as well as sheets, pillowcases etc etc. APARTMENT ON THE MEZZANINE FLOOR : Access is through the main gate along the internal courtyard , an ancient stone staircase shrouded in ivy leads to the flat , a large living room with armchairs and sofa , next to the large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard . These rooms are air-conditioned ( on request ) . The dedicated bathroom is equipped with shower and bidet . From the glass window adjacent to the living room , there is access to the garden , equipped with sun loungers , table , sofa , total privacy , area covered by Wifi . GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT : The entrance to the ground floor rooms is directly from the patio. It is characterised by an antique glass door with stone lintels which leads to the windowed double bedroom . A hallway with art deco style glass door opens to the living room with vaulted ceilings of the period , large sofa ( open reveals a double bed ) and tasteful furnishings complete the flat . The bathroom has a shower. The rooms remain cool even on the hottest days, the thickness of the stone walls always allowing a pleasant temperature.The outdoor patio is equipped with round wrought-iron tables where you can have breakfast outdoors amidst the coolness of the creepers. The living room consists of wicker armchairs and coffee table, a cool and enjoyable environment where you can sip an aperitif, use your computer connected to WiFi, read and smoke in complete relaxation. In the background is the marble fountain that enhances the harmony of the setting, with the antique red tile floor and the soft lighting of the Florentine lamps creating a cosy atmosphere, in elegant contrast to the antique red walls. The antique copper vases and ceramic plates decorating the walls contribute to the elegance of the setting. AMENITIES: The house is equipped with a very fast private motorboat, moored and available for tours on the lake in complete freedom, the equipment includes cushions, sofa, ladder, awning, night lights. It is ideal for reaching secluded coves where you can swim in magnificent waters.THE MOTORBOAT IS ON REQUEST, THE COST OF FUEL IS BORNE BY THE GUESTS, IT IS NOT A RENT A BOAT BECAUSE IN ADDITION TO NEEDING A PROPER LICENCE, YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE RULES OF NAVIGATION, SO I ALWAYS AND ONLY DRIVE IT.The house has 4 bicycles available free of charge. Nearby there is a supermarket, a bakery, the piers for ferry boats to Monteisola and the BLUE LINES car parks for tourists. For guests who do not wish to use their own car during their stay, free parking is available with private access and with cameras at the private port where my boat is moored. Ask for info ! To move around the area there is the small train / metro that in half an hour to Brescia, in 15 minutes Iseo etc etc , ask for info !My family has its origins in the canton of Grisons since 1400.
