Chalet San Gervasio was recently renovated using natural materials to blend harmoniously with the landscape, thus becoming part of the rural architecture that preserves tradition and history in Teglio. The Chalet is built on several floors characterised by the use of wood; one enters through a small doorway where there is a hallway that leads via a flight of stairs to the first floor. One finds oneself in a spacious living room, which has a wall equipped as a kitchen, a French window opening onto the balcony, a comfortable table, a sofa bed, a pantry and TV, free wifi. Next to the living room is a double bedroom with wardrobe and the bathroom with shower and bidet. A second staircase leads to the attic floor, which houses an area furnished as a bedroom. Both floors have beamed ceilings. On the ground floor, the Chalet offers a characteristic games/relaxation room, equipped with a billiard table that converts into a ping-pong table, which leads to a pretty little garden with a view of the mountain, where you can sunbathe and dine thanks to the outdoor furniture and barbecue.
