The flat is a portion of a villa overlooking a large garden and directly on the beach. It is located in a quiet area in view of the low-traffic, pedestrianised road with a cycle path along the La Conia-Cannigione seafront.The flat is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and two deck chairs. The village of La Conia has a bar and a good restaurant, as well as a sailing club, and is connected to the village of Cannigione by a beautiful promenade along the pedestrian promenade, cycle path with a pine forest and exercise equipment. The village centre with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is about 1800 m away. La Conia is ideally located for visiting northern Sardinia.The holiday home has free internet.
