The flat is a portion of a villa overlooking a large garden and directly on the beach. It is located in a quiet area in view of the low-traffic, pedestrianised road with a cycle path along the La Conia-Cannigione seafront.The flat is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and two deck chairs. Also in the garden there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue for private use. Washing machine available. The garden is shared between our two cottages, the property is fenced off with the possibility of private parking.The flat, measuring approximately 55 m² and completely renovated in 2016, is a portion of a villa, located on the mezzanine floor and is arranged on one floor. Access to the house is via a ramp of 4 steps leading to the veranda. It consists of four rooms completely furnished in wood: an entrance-living room, a small kitchen, a corridor leading to the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The entrance-living room is furnished with a table seating six, two sideboards with everything needed for cooking (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots and pans), and a sofa-bed for two people. There is also a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, small oven, refrigerator and kitchen cupboards, also a coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. 1 hair dryer. The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The small bedroom has a single bed, a bedside table and a small wardrobe. There is heating/air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom. The flat overlooks a veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining.The beach is only a few metres away and is also accessible for a pushchair or pram. Also a short distance away is a pretty little island with a beach that can be reached by boat. The village of La Conia has a bar and a good restaurant, as well as a sailing club, and is connected to the village of Cannigione by a beautiful promenade along the pedestrian promenade, cycle path with a pine forest and exercise equipment. The village centre with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is about 1800 m away. La Conia is ideally located for visiting northern Sardinia.The holiday home has free internet. Travel cot and high chair for children available on request and free of charge. It is possible to rent a single-seater kayak. Use depends on weather conditions, to be assessed on site. The property implements sustainability principles to reduce environmental impact: attention to separate waste collection, abolition of single-use plastic, use of solar panels for hot water, reduction of water waste, raising guests' awareness.
