Studio flat in a quiet location near the sea The flat is on the ground floor in a building of only 2 flats. It is located in the 19th-century village of Vieste with its white houses, narrow streets and stairways in the heart of the new town but with unchanged charm and mystery. Quiet location with traffic limited to residents only, virtually non-existent traffic. The house is built with thick walls (1 m) and vaults recalling the art of 19th century construction.The 28 sqm flat can accommodate up to 2-4 people. It consists of the bedroom with a double bed and two armchairs that can be converted into two single beds. The furnishings also include a large wardrobe, hutch and shoe cupboard. In the other room is the equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge with freezer, utensils etc.) and dining area for 4 persons. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and bathroom cabinets. The equipment also includes air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV.See also the ad La Casa Nel Borgo to discover another accommodation in the same building.The location is strategic, in fact the beach of Marina Piccola is within walking distance, as is the Castle with the surrounding medieval village. The location is strategic, in fact the beach is within walking distance: Marina piccola 150 metres, Il Pizzomunno 500 metres. The embarkation for the Tremiti islands and the sea caves is only 600 metres away. The historic centre is a three-minute walk away. In the main square, 50 metres from the accommodation, you will find the best restaurants and ice cream parlours. You can leave your car parked for the whole holiday or perhaps use it to drive to the Foresta Umbra (15 km) or visit the fascinating south coast of the Gargano with its hairpin bends and many unmissable coves.
