This is one of the glimpses of our  land . In spring, the fields are intense green with yellow spots of flowers. In summer, they are gold and black due to different kinds of wheat. A hidden gem situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany .This is a natural canyon several meters deep and surrounded by mosses and shrubs on the wet walls of the impressing rocks. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away.
