Casa Margherita is a pretty rustico in Zignago, above Brenzone, with a magnificent view of the lake: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine and Monte Baldo as well as the steep banks of the west coast of the lake. Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in the high season, there is no hustle and bustle and no traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 metres away. It can also be reached on foot (800 metres). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in the village that also offers delicious wood-fired pizzas (300 m). The property is fully fenced and locked by an automatic gate, the opening code of which is given to the customer on arrival. Pets are allowed (max 2) Casa Margherita consists of 6 flats (nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 4, nr. 5, nr. 7 and nr. 8), all with a wonderful lake view, bright and friendly furnished, with stone floors, gas central heating, free wi-fi, air conditioning (in flats nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 7 and nr. 8) and each flat has a private car park. Pets are allowed (max 2). Each flat has a separate entrance.The flat no. 2 for max. 4 persons is located on the 1st floor and offers 50 m²:- a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, TV with satellite connection;- a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe;- a bathroom with shower and WC;- an eat-in kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, toaster and dining table for six people;- a storeroom with washing machine;- the terrace with a wonderful lake view is shared with holiday flat 3, which is located on the 2nd floor.- The 200 m² terraced garden is also for shared use;- Deckchairs and parasols are available. The house is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, the driveway is closed with an automatic gate. The garden is divided into parts, each of which is dedicated to one flat and each part is equipped with deckchairs, parasol and table with chairs. The house is located at the end of a private road, which is why there is a lot of tranquillity and a beautiful view of the lakeThis is a good starting point for beautiful walks or bike rides, the beach is 500 metres away and can be reached via a path or 1 km by car.The place Castello di Brenzone is a small place above Brenzone; it is very quiet. The municipality of Brenzone is actually made up of several villages that lie one behind the other along the Olive Riviera. The territory also includes the island of Trimelone, not far from the shore, with the remains of an old fortress. Thanks to its geographical position between the lake and the mountains, Brenzone is a favourite place for sailing events, windsurfing and wonderful hikes in the hinterland and to the mountain peaks. The olive oil, which is cultivated on the slopes according to ancient tradition, is one of the best quality oils in the area. Worth seeing: the medieval mountain village of Campo (no longer inhabited), the little church of San Zeno in Castelletto. Hikes to Montebaldo and along the lakeshore *viewpoint.
