The house is located at the top of a hill and therefore offers a breathtaking view all around of the mountainous and hilly landscape of the Marche region. On the many beautiful, sunny days you can even admire the sea and neighbouring Tuscany. After the meal, you can relax in a living room of over 65m², which has a stereo system, a DVD player, a TV and Internet access. But it is also possible to relax without high-tech appliances. The library and games collections offer plenty of reading and entertainment options for all ages.It is not just the garden that offers leisure options.
