Conveniently located in a charming garden estate close to a shopping centre and the Danube Island, it is easy to reach by various means of transport.Inside, our TOP 4 flat on the 1st floor awaits you without a terrace, but with the option of using our garden. On a living space of approx. 40 m² you will find a modern bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, a cosy bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe as well as a living-dining room. This is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa bed with living room table and a wall unit with satellite TV and free WLAN connection - everything your heart desires for up to 4 people.In addition to the use of the garden, the outdoor area offers parking directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. For your convenience, there are (paid) parking spaces on the neighbouring property or garage spaces approx. 300 m away, whereby from March 2022 the parking sticker will apply throughout Vienna and parking is only possible for a fee with a parking ticket from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except public holidays).The area surrounding our apartment building is just as enticing. The nearest restaurant serving Viennese cuisine is just a 10-minute walk away and a local shopping centre with a supermarket, Japanese restaurant, meat shop, pet shop and petrol station is a 12-minute walk away. For nature and sports enthusiasts, the recreational area of the Old Danube offers free swimming and boat hire, reachable by bike in 15-20 minutes. Medical care is only a 5-minute walk away, and Vienna's city centre or the largest shopping centre in Vienna, the Donauzentrum, can be reached in a short time.Our Appartementhaus Florian offers you not only cosy and fully equipped accommodation, but also the ideal starting point for discovering Vienna in all its facets.
