Our house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Heiligenhafen. The flat is located in a semi-detached house (upstairs). It is a 75 square metre flat on the 1st floor + attic. A separate sitting area in the garden can be used as a terrace and the landlord lives in the other half of the house.
