Spacious new villa only steps from the bay beach - ideal for two families
Spacious, brand-new villa with a large garden and several idyllic terraces in an ideal location, just steps from the authentic fishing village of L’Herbe and the most beautiful bay beaches.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 18 people and is divided into two completely separate living units that can be used individually or together. In the latter case, a cleverly integrated staircase connects the two living areas, creating the feeling of one large house. This is ideal for two families who want to vacation together while still maintaining their own private space. For a larger group, the two living areas, various terraces, and garden sections offer plenty of options for privacy.
The villa is built on a hillside and offers:
- A lower living unit facing the forest at the rear, with a very spacious terrace and garden.
- An upper living unit with a garden at the front and a very spacious, terrace-like balcony at the rear, offering wonderful views over the pine forest.

A spacious, beautifully furnished living room with a sofa area, dining table, Wi-Fi, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.
A total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and a children's room with 3 bunk beds sleeps 6). 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
2) Upper Apartment – 91 m²
Welcoming living room with a sofa area, extendable dining table, Wi-Fi, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.
A total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed). 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
Ample garden/terrace furniture, a plancha grill, and an outdoor shower are provided. Parking is available on the property, and additional parking can be found on the small Rue de Pineau directly in front of the house.
The garden will be replanted in spring 2026, then there will be some nice exterior photos ;)
