100 m² space miracle in the middle of the old town

If you’re looking for a central, cozy, freshly renovated holiday apartment in Koblenz, you’ve found the right place. Located directly in the old town, right in the middle of it all, yet still a place to relax and feel at home.

I’m a Koblenz local through and through and I’m happy to share my city with you – offering not just a practical stay, but a truly beautiful home away from home.

Our apartment is spacious enough for groups of up to 10 people, but smaller families or couples will feel just as comfortable here. In the standard setup shown in the photos, it accommodates 6 guests. If needed, we can provide additional sofa beds. Two bedrooms with comfy beds (and a direct view of the stunning Liebfrauenkirche!), an additional room with extra sleeping options, a spacious living room with dining area and board games, plus a fully equipped kitchen – everything you need for a relaxing stay. The modern bathroom features a brand-new shower, and Netflix is available for cozy evenings after a day full of adventures.

And the best part? The location! Within seconds you’re strolling through the charming cobblestone streets, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, and historic sights. The Moselle, the Rhine, and the famous Deutsches Eck are just a short walk away – everything is easily accessible on foot. It doesn’t get more central than this!

The apartment can be booked from a minimum of two nights – and if you’d like to stay longer to truly enjoy Koblenz, even better. There’s no maximum stay, and long-term guests are more than welcome. For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a laundry service (within 48 hours, for an extra fee).
