With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it accommodates your group comfortably, ensuring everyone has their own space.Step outside to the garden, where you have the pool entirely to yourselves. It's perfect for relaxing swims or lounging by the poolside on the terrace. Although pets are not allowed, the property ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. The beach is pristine, not commercialized ensuring privacy and breathtaking views of the golden palm fringed shoreline. Fans are available in all the rooms to keep the environment cool, complemented by air conditioning ensuring comfort during the warmer days.Sustainability is a key feature of our holiday home, with solar power providing renewable energy, illustrating our commitment to an eco-friendly stay without compromising on the convenience and comfort of modern amenities.The beach's proximity, just a 20m walk away, invites you to enjoy the sea anytime you desire. For those who love exploring nature, a lake is situated just 100m away, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation or picnics.Located on the ground floor, the villa offers easy access for all guests, including those who may find navigating stairs a challenge. The villa offers breakfast, lunch or dinner, light meals, kids meals, vegetarian, salads, soups and deserts. Guests staying for 7 nights have the option of buying their own supplies and using the services of the private chef to cook you meals for which there is no charge. Free cookery lessons are also provided when this option is taken. Guests staying 7 nights travelling together get a free pick up service to bring you to the villa. Guests staying 10 nights also get a free pick up and drop off service. For guests staying lesser than 7 nights we can arrange transport for pick up at a reasonable rate. Venturing out, the nearest town center is just 4000m away, where you can explore local markets and shops. A grocery store is also located within the same distance, convenient for stocking up on essentials. For guests who wish to take a break from supermarket shopping, visit the local garden produce markets where fresh vegies and fruits and sea food is sold at very reasonable prices. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Our staff provide a wash only laundry service and an iron to do your own ironing.We do not sell liquor but guests can bring their own supplies for consumption at the villa. No charge for corkage. A guest fridge is available to stock up on your drinks and edibles. The location is excellent within easy access to the major game reserves where elephant and leopard are sighted, dolphin and whale watching sites, the popular hill town of Ella with its famous nine arches railway bridge, waterfalls cool climate and tea plantations , the UNESCO listed heritage city of Galle, the turtle hatcheries , surf, snorkeling and diving beaches and the Kalametiya Bird sanctuary which is a ten minute drive and the habitat of more than 60 species of birds.
