The "Ostseemuschel" offers a unique vacation experience in the Berolina House, featuring 56 m² of living space on the first floor, accommodating up to 4 guests. The entrance includes a wardrobe and full-length mirror. The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a TV, with direct access to a furnished balcony. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a dining area for four. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (two single mattresses 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, and another with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a dresser. A modern bathroom features a shower and WC, complemented by a separate guest WC. Communal washing machines and dryers are available on floors 1-4. Please note that pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking property.
