We have fabulous Beaches, Mayan Ruins, Snorkeling Lagoons, Quaint Villages, Animal Reserves, Secret Cenotes and the World Famous Turtle Bay... all just a short drive away.The ideal location to spend a week, a month, or longer! We offer 1 and 2 bedroom furnished apartments and studios with king size beds, equipped kitchen, sitting area, private bathroom, airco and free WIFIShared BBQ with al fresco dining area, two jungle pools surrounded by nature, children’s play area and tropical garden spaces. Plenty of space for children to run safe and free while you relax with a cocktail on your private terrace. Our 4 Acre property has 10 vacation homes with interesting international travelers from all over the world.Bird watcher's Paradise! We have plenty of wildlife, from iguana's to monkeys!Camp Akumal is located in the Jungle in a gated 4 acre complex with 10 upscale vacation rental houses and 2 pools. The property is beautiful and ideal for families and couples, however we are not walking distance to the beach.

Our property is an alternative to beachfront all-inclusive resorts. We are set up for vacationers who want to rent a vehicle (or for the more adventurous - to travel by local public transportation) and see everything and do everything. There are so many different beaches, cenotes, parks and historical sites close by that you could do something totally different everyday! We cater towards travelers who are looking for the adventure of a lifetime.

We are situated in Akumal, which is central to all the wonderful things to do in the Mayan Riviera. 35 KMS to the north of us in is Playa del Carmen and 25 kms to the south is Tulum, and mere minutes away is Turtle Bay.

You will find that our rates are budget friendly in comparison to most options in the local area, and a mere fraction of what you would pay to be beachfront. This allows for extra room in your budget to rent a car and visit all the attractions, while still saving money on what you would pay at all all inclusive resort. We rent cars on property so you can rent directly from us and we can arrange your airport transportation as well!
